Yoga for Runners

This class is held every Sunday at 9:30am. A yoga practiced designed to bring balance to the repetitive action of running on your body.  In this class you will strengthen muscles to support your joints, gain flexibility, balance, core strength and improved posture.  Yoga is a mindful practice that will also increase your body awareness and strengthen your mind.
