This class is held every Saturday at 10am. This relaxing, Vinyasa class combines prana (breath) and asana (postures). Gently flow from one pose to the next while practicing dynamic meditation by giving your mind a clear focus. Reconnect with your body by using mindful and intelligent movements. Gain strength, balance and flexibility while bringing a sense of peace, clarity and quiet to your mind. This class is held weekly. The cost is $10.
